Strategy for Capturing the Interest of New Masons

Better understand, serve and support the needs of our current membership and its families in addition to ensuring that a vital membership continues to grow and expand in the Province of Ontario.

 

The Project

Create a strategy for targeting the Renaissance Mason. The strategy will consider items such as (but not limited to):

  • The establishment of a Grand Lodge 'onboarding office'
  • The use of virtual mentoring
  • The solicitation of new member needs and expectations
  • Evaluation of current educational materials for relevancy, training and education material not presently available
  • Evaluation of other jurisdictions
  • Evaluation of delivery channels
  • Conducting another broad based new mason survey

 

The strategy will also consider staged implementation of any recommendations declared to be of immediate value prior to the submission of the final report.
